人参是一种较好的补益药品,它具有大补元气,养血生津,益智安神,延年益寿之功效。年老体弱者一年四季均可服用。但在夏、秋季节,由于气温升高,湿度增大,尤其在连阴降雨的时期,人参很易受潮、发霉变质,或被虫蛀鼠伤,这样不仅带来损耗也会降低人参疗效。如发现人参受潮变软,应及时取出放在非太阳直射的地方晾干,晾透后按以下几种方
