中科院成都有机化学研究所日前自行设计并制造出移动床催化裂解反应装置,并实现碳纳米管连续化批量生产。该化学所采用移动床催化裂解反应装置,以天然气为原料,镍(钴或铁)和镧的复合氧化物为催化剂载体,在保证设计规格的碳纳米管的生长条件下,解决了催化剂的连续投入和产物及时产出问题,实现了碳纳米管的连续化批量生产。该工艺设备简单、易于放大、催化剂采用率高、能耗低,并具有自主知识产权。
Chengdu Institute of Organic Chemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences recently designed and manufactured a mobile bed catalytic cracking reaction device, and to achieve continuous carbon nanotubes mass production.
