以探讨相控阵超声检测计算模型的建立为目的,从相控阵超声检测原理着手,模拟相控阵超声探头声束发射和信号接收的物理过程,结合单晶片探头的声场计算模型,建立完整的相控阵超声检测的计算模型.采用该模型计算模拟一维阵列相控阵探头检测试块中横孔所得缺陷回波信号,经过相应的信号处理得到B显图,并与对比实际相控阵超声检测得到的B显结果进行对比,对比结果表明所建立的模型与实际检测结果吻合较好.该模型的建立能帮助检测人员加深对其检测过程的理解,并有助于分析检测结果.
