目的 研究雾化吸入是否可以减少呼吸机相关性肺炎的发生。方法 采用随机抽样法将 114例应用人工呼吸机的病人分成A、B 2组 ,A组作为对照组 ,对A组病人依常规进行护理 ;B组作为实验组 ,对B组病人除常规护理外 ,给予间断的雾化吸入。观察 2组病人呼吸机相关性肺炎的发生情况。结果 B组病人呼吸机相关性肺炎的感染率明显降低。结论 间断雾化吸入是预防呼吸机相关性肺炎行之有效的方法。
Objective To investigate whether inhalation can reduce the incidence of ventilator-associated pneumonia. Methods A total of 114 patients with artificial respirator were divided into A and B 2 groups by random sampling method. A group served as the control group, and A group patients were treated routinely. B group as experimental group, B group patients except routine care , To give intermittent inhalation. The incidence of ventilator-associated pneumonia was observed in 2 groups of patients. Results The infection rate of ventilator-associated pneumonia in group B patients was significantly lower. Conclusion Intermittent nebulization is an effective method to prevent ventilator-associated pneumonia.
