I. INTRODUCTION Combining mathematical methods and statistical methods of data analysis to study experimental problems began in the early 1920s. Later, RA Fisher called this method “experimental design” and applied it to industrial experiments and achieved very good results. Japan’s Taguchi Xuan and other statisticians in the experimental design and application of a lot of work done.
