什么样的教研活动是教师乐于参与的,什么样的教研活动才能真正解决教师日常教育教学困惑,促进他们的专业发展,这是需要教研主管部门和学校领导思考研究的问题。笔者以一次教研活动的实践谈谈看法。一、关注教师需求,确立教研主题我们常说“教师要善于接住学生抛来的球”。教研活动的策划者、组织者也应该学会接住教师们抛来的球,在策划和组织教研活动的时候始终将拓宽参与面、提高收益度作为每次教研活动努力达成的目标。这就需要组织者深入钻研、思考,在与教师交流和沟通中逐渐聚焦到一个共同话
