绩效工资是为了真实反映“多劳多得、优绩优酬”的激励原则创立的,由于教育的特殊性,教师绩效评价反而因不能体现真实性,而颇受非议。真实而客观地反映教师绩效应以学生的发展性评价为评价基础;关注教师绩效真实性机理构成的直观指标;重视教师的发展性评价。因此,探究中小学教师绩效的真实性机理,是正确表征和评价教师绩效的基础,也是凸显绩效工资优势的前提。
Due to the special nature of education, teachers’ performance appraisal is rather criticized because of the inability to reflect authenticity. Real and objective reflection of teachers’ performance should be based on the evaluation of students’ development. The teacher should pay attention to the intuitionistic index formed by the truthfulness mechanism of teachers’ performance, and pay great attention to the teacher’s developmental evaluation. Therefore, exploring the authenticity mechanism of primary and secondary school teachers ’performance is the basis for correctly characterizing and evaluating teachers’ performance and also the prerequisite for highlighting the performance-based salary advantage.
