本文从会计从业资格存在的问题入手，分析了会计从业资格即将取消的现状；为了更好适应会计从业资格取消后会计人员的管理工作，提出了建立会计管理转型方式；并从未来发展趋势方面阐述“会计国际化”“互联网＋会计时代”及“业财融合”等理念，对新时期会计管理工作具有现实意义。
