针对困扰中职德育课教学的诸多问题,应用“阶梯式发展理论”构建中职德育课“三阶7步”教学模式,将教学分为课前、课中、课后三个阶段,分阶段进行7个步骤,即设定主题、收集资料、制作报告、分享交流、批判质疑、评价指导、行动体验;并以小组合作学习机制和增值性评价机制保障三阶7步的进行,促进学习共同体的形成和学生个体的发展。模式对于培养学生道德自觉,引导学生学会自我管理、学会自我教育取得良好效果。
