在连续铸钢生产中,钢包开浇是衔接生产重要的一个环节。在介绍钢包开浇方法时,对很少采用或已淘汰的各种开浇方法行了简要分析,尤其对目前广泛使用的引流砂方法进行了详细分析。最后在引流砂的工作机制基础之上,提出了用铁碳合金颗粒替代引流砂,通过铁碳合金在上水口内形成凝固壳来封堵钢水,然后利用安装在水口周围的感应线圈,对凝固钢壳进行感应加热熔化,从而实现钢包开浇新工艺的设想。
In the continuous cast steel production, ladle pouring pouring is an important link in production. In introducing the ladle pouring method, a brief analysis is made on various pouring methods which are seldom used or have been eliminated. In particular, a detailed analysis of the widely used method for purging sand has been carried out. Finally, on the basis of the working mechanism of drainage sand, it is proposed to replace iron sand with iron-carbon alloy particles, to form a solidified shell by iron-carbon alloy to seal the molten steel, and then use the induction coil installed around the nozzle to solidify Steel induction heating melting, in order to achieve the idea of a new ladle pouring process.
