微弧氧化是一种在有色金属表面原位生长陶瓷层的新技术。这种技术可在钛合金表面形成一定厚度的多孔氧化膜。通过溶血实验和细胞相容性实验对其生物相容性进行研究,探讨其表面改性的效果。采集兔的新鲜血液,加入抗凝剂分别和 4 组浸提液混合,用紫外可见分光光度计检测溶血率。溶血率分别为 0.50%和 0.30%。结果表明,这种新材料符合医用材料的溶血要求。
Micro-arc oxidation is a new technique for in situ growth of ceramic layers on non-ferrous metals. This technology can form a certain thickness of porous oxide film on the surface of titanium alloy. Its biocompatibility was studied by hemolysis test and cell compatibility test, and the effect of surface modification was discussed. Rabbits were collected fresh blood, adding anticoagulants were mixed with the four groups of extracts, with a UV-visible spectrophotometer hemolysis rate. Hemolysis rates were 0.50% and 0.30%, respectively. The results show that this new material meets the hemolysis requirements of medical materials.
