保亭参加第一批保持共产党员先进性教育活动单位49个,党员1257人。在活动中,保亭县坚持理论学习与实践指导相结合,通过学习教育,提高思想认识,积极查找存在的突出问题,切实解决涉及人民群众利益的实际问题,并认真进行整改。如深入开展扶贫和送温暖活动,与特困户结成帮扶对子40对,受益人口100多人。全县共投入抗旱人数2.45成人次,投入抗旱设备2086台,其中组织千余名党员深入六弓乡开展抗旱活动,解决6个村庄680亩农田和1000多亩坡地的水利灌溉难问题;组织800名党员深入到响水镇冲田洋开展抗旱活动,修复渠道26公里,解决400多亩水田灌溉难问题。组织500多名党员到什玲镇开展“清理白色污染保家园”活动,清理白色垃圾110吨等等。以实实在在的行动让群众感受到先进性教育活动带来的新变化,真正使先进性教育活动成为一项群众满意工程,为建设和谐新保亭作出贡献。
