目的探讨士兵学历与主观幸福感的关系。方法采用综合幸福问卷(MHQ)对来自基层部队的439名战士进行测查。结果不同学历士兵在生活满意度和自我价值感维度的差异具有统计学意义(t=2.14,P<0.05;t=-2.20,P<0.05),低学历士兵自我价值感较低而生活满意度较高,高学历士兵自我价值感较高而生活满意度较低。结论士兵学历与主观幸福感存在较大相关。
Objective To explore the relationship between the academic record of soldiers and subjective well-being. Methods Using the Comprehensive Happiness Questionnaire (MHQ), 439 soldiers from the grassroots units were inspected. Results The difference of life satisfaction and self-worth of soldiers with different academic qualifications was statistically significant (t = 2.14, P <0.05; t = -2.20, P <0.05) Higher, highly educated soldiers have higher self-worth and lower life satisfaction. Conclusion There is a significant correlation between the academic record of soldiers and subjective well-being.
