近些年,我国教育体制改革不断深化,高校规模日益增加。根据调查,我国各类高校近3000所,已经成为一大能源消耗大户。“十一五”期间,住房和城乡建设部、教育部就明确提出了高等学校节约型校园建设的总体节约目标,联合出台了《关于推进高等学校节约型校园建设进一步加强高等学校节能节水工作的意见》、《高等学校校园建筑能耗统计审计公示办法》等一系列文件。基于此,本文从高校电能使用的情况、特点出发,站在供配电系统设计、供配电设施设备选型、无功功率补偿、照明节能、可再生能源利用等角度具体分析了高校建筑电气节能。
