对二硝基甲苯加氢反应采用的六叶轮自吸式反应器进行改进,并对改进前后反应器的气液分散性能进行实验及计算流体力学(CFD)模拟研究;采用模拟软件ANSYS fluent对自吸式反应器分别在600 rpm、800 rpm、1000 rpm条件下进行数值模拟;获得了反应器内气液混合过程的流场、局部气含率和整体气含率。结果表明:反应器的局部气含率分布较均匀;近壁处设置挡板可以有效改善气液两相的分散性能;改进后的反应器使二硝基甲苯加氢反应的速度加快了近10%。
The six-impeller self-priming reactor used in the hydrogenation of dinitrotoluene was improved. The gas-liquid dispersion performance of the reactor before and after the modification was tested and CFD simulation was carried out. The simulation software ANSYS fluent The suction reactor was numerically simulated at 600 rpm, 800 rpm and 1000 rpm respectively. The flow field, local gas holdup and overall gas holdup in the gas-liquid mixing process were obtained. The results show that the local gas holdup distribution of the reactor is more uniform; the baffle near the wall can effectively improve the dispersion performance of the gas-liquid two-phase; the improved reactor accelerates the dinitrotoluene hydrogenation reaction speed nearly 10 %.
