本文就如何发挥教师主导作用作探析,提出从学生英语学习认知需要出发,注重引导和组织优化课堂教学,以利于提高教学有效性。建构新型师生关系、融入学生互动探究和倡导形成激励评价,有利于调动学生学习的主动性和激发激情,增强自我学习效能感。发挥好教师的主导作用,利于更好地体现学生的学习主体地位和作用,优化三维教学目标,提高学生的英语表达综合运用能力。
Based on the analysis of how teachers play a leading role, this paper puts forward that starting from the students’ need of English learning and cognition, it pays attention to guide and organize the classroom teaching in order to improve the effectiveness of teaching. Constructing a new type of teacher-student relationship, integrating students ’inquiry and advocacy into stimulating evaluation, is conducive to arousing students’ initiative and enthusiasm and enhancing self-learning efficacy. Give full play to the leading role of teachers, which is conducive to better reflect the student’s status and role of the main body of learning, optimize the three-dimensional teaching objectives and improve students’ ability to use English comprehensively.
