The article discusses the design features of the unit protection system and the analog control system in the Mark V control system of the gas turbine generating set. The software and hardware redundant design, the 2/3 voting circuit, the setting values of the main speeding and the emergency speeding off, the analog quantity control FSR minimum choice of door control; analog control servo valve redundancy control; exhaust temperature thermocouple failure alarm and other issues. These features ensure the high reliability and automation requirements of gas turbines. For the DCS, DEH and other design has some reference.
