目的建立氯麻滴鼻液中氯霉素和盐酸麻黄碱含量的高效液相色谱方法。方法采用ODS色谱柱(4.6mm×150mm,5μm);甲醇-0.08%乙二胺溶液(40:60,磷酸调pH至5.5)为流动相;流速为1ml·min-1;检测波长220nm。结果氯霉素和盐酸麻黄碱的线性范围分别为8~200μg·ml-1(r=0.9999)和32~800μg·ml-1(r=0.9969);平均回收率分别为99.65%,RSD=0.44%及100.67%,RSD=0.35%。结论HPLC法可用于本制剂的含量测定,方法简便、快速、准确,重现性好。
OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the determination of chloramphenicol and ephedrine hydrochloride in chloramphenicol nasal drops by high performance liquid chromatography. Methods The mobile phase consisted of ODS column (4.6 mm × 150 mm, 5 μm), methanol-0.08% ethylenediamine solution (40:60, pH adjusted to pH 5.5), flow rate 1 ml · min-1 and detection wavelength 220 nm. Results The linear range of chloramphenicol and ephedrine hydrochloride was 8 ~ 200μg · ml -1 (r = 0.9999) and 32 ~ 800μg · ml -1 (r = 0.9969) .The average recoveries were 99.65% and RSD = 0.44 % And 100.67%, RSD = 0.35%. Conclusion HPLC method can be used for the determination of the content of the preparation, the method is simple, rapid, accurate and reproducible.
