例 1 女 ,12岁。因抽搐、意识不清 3ｈ ,于 1998年 4月 2 6日入院。体检 :体温 36 7℃ ,血压 9 3/6 7ｋＰａ ,浅昏迷。四肢湿冷 ,瞳孔等大 ,双肺有痰鸣音 ,病理反射 ( - )。急检血糖为1 9ｍｍｏｌ/Ｌ( 35ｍｇ/ｄｌ) ,血生化正常。Ｘ线胸透见双肺门絮状阴影 ,脑电图轻度异常。

Extremities cold, pupils and other large, lungs have phlegm, pathological reflex (-). Urgent blood glucose was 1 9mmol / L (35mg / dl), blood biochemical normal. X-ray chest see double flocculent shadow, mild abnormal EEG.
