家长参与在学生成绩的相关因素中扮演着越来越重要的角色。如何有效利用家长参与,对提高学生成绩具有重要意义。本文利用陕西省咸阳、渭南两个市的68所学校的3245个学生样本,运用OLS回归分析家长参与和学生成绩的相关关系。研究发现,家长与子女讨论在校学习情况与子女的学业成绩有显著的正向相关关系;与留守儿童的成绩相比,家长与子女讨论在校学习情况与非留守儿童成绩的相关性更为显著。本研究对如何进一步提高我国西部地区小学中、高年级学生的成绩具有一定的启示。
Parental involvement plays an increasingly important role in the correlation of student achievement. How to make effective use of parents ’participation is of great significance to improving students’ performance. In this paper, a sample of 3245 students from 68 schools in Xianyang and Weinan, Shaanxi Province is used to analyze the relationship between parental involvement and student achievement by OLS regression. The study found that there was a significant positive relationship between parents’ and children’s discussion of school attendance and children’s academic performance. The correlation between parents and children’s discussion of school-based learning and non-left-behind children was more significant than that of left-behind children Significant. This study has some enlightenment on how to further improve the performance of middle and upper-level students in western China.
