以佳芦河流域2012年“7·27”暴雨洪水为例,采用统计法和过程对应分析法,分析了其暴雨洪水关系。结果表明,次洪量没有减少的趋势,输沙量减少不多,统计法成果表明下垫面削峰作用明显,而采用过程对应分析时其削峰作用有限,说明在暴雨洪水个例分析中要慎用统计学方法。从本次洪水分析来看,当该流域遇到高强度大暴雨时,现状水利水保工程对消减洪峰、洪量和沙量的作用是相当有限的。
Taking the “7 · 27” storm flood in the JiLahe River Basin as an example, this paper analyzes the relationship between storm flood and flood by statistical method and process corresponding analysis method. The results show that the secondary flood volume does not decrease and the sediment discharge decreases little. The statistical method shows that the underlying surface has obvious effect of clipping. However, it has limited effect when using process corresponding analysis, which shows that in the case analysis of storm flood Be careful with statistical methods. From this flood analysis, when the basin encounters high-intensity and heavy rainfall, the current water conservancy and hydropower projects is quite limited in reducing flood peak, flood and sediment load.
