本讲座以实际应用为目的,结合国内外的发展现状,从设计到评价,由硬件及软件,系统地阐述了以微机为控制中心的工业测量控制系统的原理结构、性能特点及研制流程。为工业微机的软、硬件设计者阐明了具体的设计和计算方法;为从事工业微机测量和控制系统工作的科研人员提供了一条系统研制的可循之路。本讲座共分十一讲,具体按排如下:第一讲以计算机为中心的工业测量和控制系统的构成;第二讲微机系统的构成方式及工业微型计算机;第三讲总线、工业PC 和STD 总线;第四讲微机测控系统的研制;第五讲微处理器的选取;第六讲单片微型计算机;第七讲微机测控系统的接地、屏蔽和电源供给;第八讲工业微机测控系统的可靠性分析;第九讲软件、语言及程序结构;第十讲汇编语言程序格式及基本计算方法;第十一讲应用实例—ZDC1型钻井地质参数仪。本讲座由华北石油管理局钻井研究所的高级工程师吴俊德同志撰写。
The purpose of this lecture is practical application. According to the development status both at home and abroad, from the design to the evaluation, this lecture systematically expounds the principle structure, performance characteristics and development process of industrial measurement and control system with microcomputer as the control center from hardware and software. For the industrial computer hardware and software designers to clarify the specific design and calculation methods; for industrial computer measurement and control system researchers to provide a systematic development of the road.
