目的探讨大黄素、苦参素、黄连素和黄芩苷中药提取物对小鼠肝癌移植瘤的作用。方法选用BALB/c小鼠,构建肝癌移植瘤。随机抽取肝癌模型小鼠共105只,用沸水溶解大黄素等中药提取物为不同浓度的药液,隔天对模型小鼠灌胃给药,连续灌胃15次,每种药物每个浓度单独给药。末次灌胃后7 d,分别随机抽取小鼠(每组2只),颈椎脱臼处死,取肝组织,苏木精-伊红染色后观察肝组织病理变化。结果大黄素、苦参素、黄连素和黄芩苷组在浓度128μg/mL时,肝组织癌变明显减少,而五味子组变化不大。结论大黄素、苦参素、黄连素和黄芩苷对肝癌移植瘤有明显的抑制作用。
Objective To investigate the effects of extracts of emodin, matrine, berberine and baicalin on mouse hepatoma xenografts. Methods BALB / c mice were selected to construct hepatocellular carcinoma. A total of 105 liver cancer model mice were randomly selected. The extracts of Chinese herbal medicine such as emodin were dissolved in boiling water for different concentrations of drug solution. The mice of the model mice were administered with gavage on the next day. The animals were continuously gavaged 15 times with each concentration of each drug alone Administration. Seven days after the last intragastric administration, mice were randomly selected (two in each group). The cervical dislocation was sacrificed and the liver tissues were harvested. The pathological changes of liver tissues were observed after hematoxylin-eosin staining. Results Emodin, matrine, berberine and baicalin group at a concentration of 128μg / mL, the liver tissue was significantly reduced, and Schisandra changed little. Conclusion Emodin, oxymatrine, berberine and baicalin have obvious inhibitory effects on hepatocellular carcinoma.
