介绍了500kvar/10kV静止同步串联补偿器(SSSC)工业样机的光电触发与监测系统,根据SSSC的运行特性,分析高电位电路的取能方式,研制IGBT的驱动电路,构建单元控制器。基于载波移相PWM方式,研究SSSC的驱动脉冲生成方式,设计SSSC调制板。实验证明系统设计合理、可靠。
The photoelectric triggering and monitoring system of 500kvar / 10kV static synchronous series compensator (SSSC) industrial prototype is introduced. According to the operation characteristics of SSSC, the way of taking power of high potential circuit is analyzed, the driving circuit of IGBT is developed and the unit controller is constructed. Based on the carrier phase shift PWM method, the drive pulse generation mode of the SSSC is studied, and the SSSC modulation board is designed. Experiments show that the system design is reasonable and reliable.
