近几年来出现的双滑工艺,是烟囱滑模施工新的改革。对内外筒壁都是混凝土(内筒壁是耐热混凝土)的烟囱同时滑升,这种滑升工艺叫做双滑。双滑较单滑有以下显著特点: 1.双滑施工工期比单滑缩短一倍,劳动效率提高60~80%; 2.双滑只搭设一次管架,而单滑需搭设两次管架(即烟囱内外部的管架); 3.双滑内外筒壁同时支撑工作台,增加了工作台的稳定性,对提高滑升速度,保证安全性,提供了有利条件。
The double slippery process that has emerged in recent years is a new reform of the chimney slipform construction.
