目的:观察平原大鼠急进高原后以及急进高原返回低海拔地区生理指标和组织的病理改变。方法:Wistar大鼠21只随机分为A、B、C三组,分别在平原地区(上海55m)、急进高原(玛曲4 010m)和急进高原返回平原后眼眶采血分析其主要生化指标,腹主动脉采血进行血气分析,完整摘取脑、肺、肾后进行病理改变的研究。结果:急进高原组与平原组比较,pH、缓冲碱(BB)、剩余碱(BE)、总二氧化碳含量(ctCO2)、血氧饱和度(SO2)、血氧分压(PO2)、cNa+、乳酸脱氢酶(LHD)、总蛋白(TP)显著降低,二氧化碳分压(PCO2)、cCl-、总胆红素(TBIL)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)显著升高(P<0.05),急进高原返回平原组与平原组比较pH、BB、BE、SO2、PO2、血红蛋白(Hb)、cNa+、LHD、(TP)显著降低,PCO2、cCl-、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、TBIL、尿素(UREA)显著升高(P<0.05);急进高原返回平原组与急进高原组比较Hb、ALP显著降低(P<0.05),TP、TBIL、UREA显著升高,各组之间其余指标无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:急进高原后大鼠生理和病理发生明显改变,返回低海拔地区后部分生理指标有不同程度的恢复,这些都将严重影响药物的药代动力学参数,对药物的疗效和毒副作用产生重要影响。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the pathological changes of the physiological indexes and tissues of the hight-altitude rats in the plains and the altitude of the plateau. Methods: Twenty-one Wistar rats were randomly divided into three groups: A, B and C, respectively. The main biochemical indexes were analyzed by orbital sampling in plain areas (55m in Shanghai, 4,090m in Maqu) Aorta blood for blood gas analysis, complete brain, lung, kidney pathological changes after the study. Results: Compared with plain group, the contents of pH, BB, BE, ctCO2, SO2, PO2, cNa +, lactate The levels of LHD and TP were significantly decreased, and the partial pressure of carbon dioxide (PCO2), cCl-, total bilirubin (TBIL) and alkaline phosphatase (ALP) were significantly increased (P <0.05) Compared with the control group, the levels of pH, BB, BE, SO2, PO2, hemoglobin, cNa +, LHD and TP were significantly decreased in the plateau returning plains and the levels of PCO2, cCl-, ALT, TBIL, UREA significantly increased (P <0.05); Hb and ALP decreased significantly (P <0.05), but TP, TBIL and UREA increased significantly in the returning plateau and the plateau, compared with the other two groups Statistical significance (P> 0.05). Conclusion: Physiological and pathological changes of rat after acute high altitude change obviously. After returning to low altitude, some physiological indexes have different degrees of recovery, which will seriously affect the pharmacokinetic parameters of the drug, and have an important effect on the curative effect and side effect of drugs influences.
