采用X射线衍射技术(XRD)并结合微观组织观察分析了再结晶退火过程中Ti-IF钢组织和织构的演变过程。结果表明:随退火温度的升高,再结晶比例增加,一旦达到再结晶温度,再结晶迅速进行;随再结晶进行{111}织构强度不断增加,再结晶初期,γ织构中以{111}<112>织构居多,再结晶后{111}<110>为多数。
The evolution of Ti-IF steel microstructure and texture during recrystallization annealing was analyzed by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and microstructure observation. The results show that with the increase of annealing temperature, the proportion of recrystallization increases. Once the recrystallization temperature is reached, the recrystallization proceeds rapidly. With the increase of recrystallization, the texture strength of {111} } <112> mostly, and {111} <110> is the majority after recrystallization.
