在企业当中,职工自发组成的工人阶级群众组织就是所谓的工会,其代表的是职工的合法权益。因此为了能够遵循“以人为本”的理念,实现企业的可持续发展,企业的领导者理应注重工会的作用,使其能够在真正意义上为职工的发展服务,促进企业当中的民主管理和民主监督。本文立足于这一现状展开讨论,并结合把工会的作用进行深入分析,希望能够推动这一领域的完善和发展。
Among enterprises, the working-class mass organizations spontaneously formed by employees are the so-called trade unions, which represent the legitimate rights and interests of employees.
