1983~1989年对云南粳稻品种进行了稻瘟病垂直抗性基因型的鉴定研究。通过对1000余份云南菌株的鉴定和稳定性选拔,初筛了一套适合于粳稻品种的鉴别菌系,用此鉴别菌系接种227个云南粳稻栽培品种进行垂直抗性分类,结果可划分为Ⅰ—Ⅶ群,18个型。属I—1、Ⅱ—1、Ⅲ—1、Ⅳ—1、V—1型的品种分别持+、P_i—a、P_i—i、P_i—k、P_i—km基因,共177个品种,占78%。除Ⅵ—1、Ⅶ—1、Ⅶ—2,Ⅶ—3型外,各群其它类型的品种可能还持有其它的抗性基因。 另外,用日本鉴别菌系接种的结果虽然可划分为A—J群,但日本菌株对许多品种的反应不明确,获得的信息量少,推定不明的品种约占65%。
From 1983 to 1989, the genotypes of vertical resistance to rice blast in Yunnan japonica rice were identified. Through the identification and stability selection of more than 1000 Yunnan strains, a set of identification bacterial strains suitable for japonica rice varieties were preliminarily screened, and 227 strains of Yunnan japonica rice cultivars were inoculated by this identification strain for vertical resistance classification. The results can be divided into Ⅰ-Ⅶ group, 18 types. A total of 177 cultivars of genotype I-1, II-1, III-1, IV-1 and V-1 were supported by P_i-a, P_i-i, P_i-k and P_i- 78%. In addition to VI-1, VII-1, VII-2, and VII-3, other types of cultivars may hold other resistance genes. In addition, although the results of inoculation with the Japanese differential strains can be divided into A-J groups, Japanese strains are not well-informed of many varieties and have little information to obtain, accounting for about 65% of unknown species.
