目的　了解江苏省苏北沿海地区残存钉螺分布现状。方法　采用系统抽样和环境抽查相结合的方法进行现场查螺 ,查出钉螺用压碎法解剖 ,观察钉螺感染情况。结果　 1998- 2 0 0 0年共查螺 6 30 75框 ,查出钉螺 5 5 2 1框 ,有螺框出现率为 8.75 % ,活螺平均密度 0 .2 6 3只 /框 ,未发现感染性钉螺。钉螺分布以西部地区沟渠、河道为主要孳生地 ,88.82 %有螺环境钉螺面积在 5 0 0 0 m2 以下 ,呈小块点状分布 ,灭螺质量差是残存钉螺的主要原因 ,其有螺条块占 82 .75 % ,有螺面积占77.19%。 Objective To understand the distribution of surviving snails in the northern Jiangsu coast. Methods The method of systematic sampling and environmental random sampling was used to carry out on-the-spot investigation of snails.
