目前,液压支架制造行业的竞争日益激烈,众多中小企业都感觉到生存压力越来越大。产品改良、创新是提高企业核心竞争力的重要途径,产品改良、创新项目能否快速转化为生产力,对企业来说至关重要。本文以TS公司ZY2800单伸缩立柱改良项目为例,通过调研分析TS公司管理现状,对存在的问题提出了优化措施,对企业进行项目管理有一定借鉴意义。
At present, the competition in the hydraulic support manufacturing industry is becoming increasingly fierce. Many small and medium-sized enterprises feel the pressure of survival is getting bigger and bigger. Product improvement and innovation are important ways to improve the core competitiveness of enterprises. Whether product improvement and innovation projects can be rapidly transformed into productivity is crucial to the enterprise. In this paper, TS company ZY2800 single telescopic column improvement project as an example, by investigating and analyzing the status of TS company management, the existing problems of the proposed optimization measures for the enterprise project management has some reference.
