Objective To investigate the effects of addition of Bacillus coagulans alone or in combination with yeast nucleotides on the growth of gutta and its intestinal tract. Methods The experimental group was divided into three groups randomly. The control group was fed with basal diet, group A was fed with basal diet + 1000 mg / kg Bacillus coagulans, group B was fed with “ Base feed +1000 mg / kg Bacillus coagulans formulation +200 mg / kg yeast nucleotide ”. After feeding for 56 days, the growth indexes of the fish, the villus height, the number of intestinal flora and the digestive enzyme activity were determined. Results Compared with the control group, the specific growth rate, protein efficiency, the amount of Bacillus coagulans and protease activity in group A were significantly increased (P <0.05), the feed efficiency and the number of Escherichia coli in intestinal tract were significantly decreased (P <0.05) , But there was no significant increase in intestinal villus height and intestinal amylase activity (P> 0.05). Compared with the control group and the A group, the specific growth rate, protein efficiency, intestinal villus height, the amount of Bacillus coagulans, protease and amylase activity in group B were significantly increased (P <0.05) The number of Escherichia coli was significantly decreased (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in food intake among the three groups (P> 0.05). Neither Group A nor Group B increased intestinal disaccharidase activity (P> 0.05). Conclusion Bacillus coagulans and yeast nucleotide synergistically promote the growth and intestinal function of.
