为了研究复水处理对不同干旱胁迫后的烤烟品种生长以及叶片内源保护酶活性的影响,以烤烟K326和红花大金元为材料,设计了不同程度的干旱胁迫,统一进行复水处理,在胁迫结束当天及复水的第1、4、8天对烟株进行农艺性状调查以及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性的测定。结果表明:复水处理有助于K326和红花大金元在干旱胁迫后的烟株生长及烟叶内源保护酶活性的恢复,并且恢复速度随着干旱程度的加剧而变得缓慢;同时,在同等干旱程度下,K326的生长和保护酶活性恢复速度总体上要比红花大金元的快,这表明K326的抗旱性要优于红花大金元。
In order to study the effects of rehydration treatment on the growth and endogenous protective enzyme activities of flue-cured tobacco varieties under different drought stress, different degrees of drought stress were designed using the tobacco K326 and Honghua Daijin as materials, Agronomic traits and activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD), peroxidase (POD) and catalase (CAT) were measured on the 1st, 4th and 8th day after the end of the stress and rewatering . The results showed that rehydration treatment was beneficial to the growth of tobacco plants K326 and safflower Dajin yuan after drought stress and the restoration of endogenous protective enzyme activity in tobacco leaves, and the recovery rate became slow with the increase of drought degree. At the same time, Under the same degree of drought, the growth of K326 and the recovery rate of protective enzyme activity were generally faster than that of Dahua Yuan, which indicated that the drought resistance of K326 was better than Da Hua Yuan.
