为了探讨颈廓清术后乳糜漏发生的原因与处理原则，报告颈廓清术后发生乳糜漏3例的临床资料。其中1例为胸腔积液，2例为迟发性颈乳糜漏。1例经支持疗法治愈，2例手术治愈。并就乳糜漏的发生原因、早期征象、治疗方法等进行讨论。
In order to investigate the causes and treatment principles of chylothorax after neck dissection, the clinical data of 3 cases of chylous leakage after neck dissection were reported. One case of pleural effusion, two cases of delayed cervical chylothorax. One case was cured by supportive therapy and two cases were cured by surgery. And on the occurrence of chyle leakage, early signs, treatment methods were discussed.
