本文以测定汽油机几种工况的燃烧室压力变化为基础,研究了隔热内冷汽油机对燃烧过程、传热损失及有效效率的影响.测定分析表明,与常规发动机相比燃烧过程的滞燃期缩短,压力升高率与最大燃烧压力升高,燃烧持续期缩短,而最高燃烧温度基本不变.理论计算分析表明,燃烧宣传热损失减少8%,机械效率提高2.3~2.4%,有效效率提高6.0~6.9%.
In this paper, based on the determination of pressure changes of combustion chamber under several operating conditions of gasoline engine, the influence of heat-insulating internal cooling gasoline engine on combustion process, heat transfer loss and effective efficiency is studied.
