采用搅拌摩擦焊对厚度为2mm的AZ31镁合金和5052铝合金异种合金进行了添加Cu箔的试验,利用金相显微镜、XRD、显微硬度计和微机控制万能试验机等研究了焊接接头的显微组织和性能。结果表明,接头处添加Cu箔后,在旋转速度为1 200r/min、进给速度为100mm/min时,得到良好的焊接接头,接头表面没有观察到宏观裂纹,抗拉强度达到86.2 MPa,焊接接头断裂于偏镁一侧;焊缝中心硬度较高,整个焊缝区硬度呈Λ型分布。焊缝处的XRD分析结果显示,焊缝处存在的金属间化合物有Al3Mg2、Al12Mg17、AlCu、Al2Cu、MgCu2。
The addition of Cu foil to AZ31 magnesium alloy and 5052 aluminum alloy with thickness of 2mm was carried out by friction stir welding. The effects of the addition of Cu foil on the properties of the welded joints were studied by means of metallographic microscope, XRD, microhardness tester and microcomputer controlled universal testing machine Micro organization and performance.
