在我国农村地区,营养不良和微量营养素缺乏仍然是困扰儿童发育的主要健康问题儿童时期的营养不良不但会影响儿童的体格、智力发育,而且还会对社会劳动生产力及国民经济的发展造成负面影响。目前开展的各项儿童营养改善措施在形式、内容和成衣、效果上均存在很大差异。对儿童营养改善项目进行经济学评价,对于评价其是否具有长期价值以及政府如何合理分配有限的资源,具有更为重要的意义。本文将从经济学评价的基本理论、经济学评价在儿童营养改善领域的应用特点及应用实例三方面,对国内外儿童营养改善项目的经济学评价方法及研究进展进行综述。 Malnutrition and micronutrient deficiencies are still the major health problems plaguing children’s development in rural areas of our country Malnutrition in childhood not only affects children’s physical and mental development but also negatively affects the social labor productivity and the development of the national economy . At present, various measures for improving children’s nutrition have great differences in form, content, clothing and effectiveness. Economic evaluation of children’s nutrition improvement project is more important for evaluating whether it has long-term value and how the government rationally allocates limited resources. This article reviews the economic evaluation methods and research progress of children nutrition improvement projects at home and abroad from three aspects: the basic theory of economic evaluation, the application of economic evaluation in the field of children’s nutrition improvement and the application examples.
