目的 探讨庆大霉素体内注射与耳蜗组织自由基含量的关系 .方法 用电子顺磁共振法 (electron paramagneticresonance,EPR)直接检测正常的和注射庆大霉素后豚鼠耳蜗组织羟自由基含量 ,并比较其含量的变化 .结果 正常情况下豚鼠耳蜗组织存在一定量的羟自由基 ,其相对值为 0 .13±0 .0 1,当体内注射庆大霉素后 ,耳蜗组织羟自由基含量相对值为 0 .2 8± 0 .0 0 ,比前者增加 110 % ,两者比较有显著差异 (P<0 .0 5 ) .结论 EPR检测动物耳蜗组织自由基含量是一种直接、有效的方法 ,庆大霉素体内注射后可引起豚鼠耳蜗组织羟自由基含量显著增加
Objective To investigate the relationship between gentamicin in vivo and free radical content in cochlear tissue.Methods The content of hydroxyl radical in cochleas of normal and gentamicin-treated guinea pigs was detected by electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR) Compared with the changes of content.Results There was a certain amount of hydroxyl free radicals in guinea pig cochlea under normal conditions, the relative value was 0.13 ± 0. 01, when the in vivo injection of gentamicin, cochlear tissue hydroxyl radical content relative (P <0.05) .Conclusion EPR is a direct and effective method for detecting free radical content in cochlear tissue of an animal, and its value is 0.28 ± 0.00, which is 110% higher than the former , Gentamicin in vivo caused a significant increase in hydroxyl radical content in cochlear tissue of guinea pigs
