目的研究长形肉豆蔻化学成分,为进一步开发利用长形肉豆蔻(Myristica argenteaWarb.)提供依据。方法采用硅胶柱色谱,葡聚糖凝胶Sephadex LH-20柱色谱,液相制备等分离手段对长形肉豆蔻的化学成分进行分离,利用理化性质及NMR,MS等波谱技术对分离得到的化合物进行结构鉴定。结果分离得到6个化合物,分别鉴定为rel-(8R,8′R)-dimethyl-(7S,7′R)-bis(3,4-methylene-dioxyphenyl)tetrahydrofuran(1)、(+)-利卡灵B[(+)-licarin B,2]、去氢二异丁香油酚(dehydrodii-soeugenol,3)、dihydrocarinatidin(4)、榄香脂素(elemicin,5)、黄樟醚(safrole,6)、myristargenol B(7)、myristargenol A(8)、内消旋二氢愈疮木酯酸(meso-dihydroguaiaretic acid,9)、赤式-6-澳白木脂素(erythro-austrobailignan-6,10)、樟皮碱B(nectandrin B,11)、异愈创木素(isoguaiacin,12)。结论化合物1-5为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of longan nutmeg and provide basis for further development and utilization of Myristica argenteaWarb. Methods Silica gel column chromatography, Sephadex LH-20 and Sephadex LH-20 column were used to separate the chemical constituents of Nutmeg. The chemical constituents of Nutmeg were separated and identified by physicochemical properties and NMR, MS, Structural identification. Results Six compounds were isolated and identified as rel- (8R, 8’R) -dimethyl- (7S, 7’R) -bis (3,4- methylene-dioxyphenyl) tetrahydrofuran Carmine B [(+) - licarin B, 2], dehydrodii-soeugenol (3), dihydrocarinatidin (4), elemicin (5), safrole (6) myristargenol B (7), myristargenol A (8), meso-dihydroguaiaretic acid (9), erythro-austrobailignan-6,10 Necandrin B (11) and isoguaiacin (12). Conclusion Compounds 1-5 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
