苏通大桥主跨为1088 m,是目前世界上跨度最大的斜拉桥。这座桥的设计综合使用了传统设计方法和基于性能的设计方法。论文回顾相关设计方法的演变和历史,同时提出了基于性能设计方法。利用该方法,本文从几个方面讨论了苏通大桥基于性能的抗风设计思路。首先,从性能角度来介绍苏通大桥的涡激共振及其减振,就纵向风荷载讨论了主梁与桥塔之间的连接装置。最后,研究了苏通大桥基于性能的行驶安全性并提出多性能级别和限制措施。
Sutong Bridge main span of 1088 m, is the world’s largest cable-stayed bridge span. The bridge is designed using a combination of traditional design methods and performance-based design methods. The paper reviews the evolution and history of related design methods and proposes a performance-based design approach. Using this method, this paper discusses the performance-based wind-resistance design of Sutong Bridge from several aspects. Firstly, the vortex-induced resonance and its damping of Sutong Bridge are introduced from the perspective of performance. The connection between the main beam and the bridge tower is discussed in terms of longitudinal wind load. Finally, the performance-based driving safety of Sutong Bridge was studied and multi-performance levels and limitations were proposed.
