以刚果(金)水钴矿为原料,对其焙烧预处理后,采用高压酸浸方法获取浸出液,考察了硫酸浓度、液固比、浸出时间等因素对浸出过程中主元素及杂质元素浸出率的影响。研究结果表明:在硫酸浓度为0.2 mol/L、液固比为10∶1、浸出时间180 min的条件下,经高压浸出最终可获得钴、铜、镍、铁和镁浸出率分别为92.8%、96.7%、95.3%、2.3%和2.5%的浸出后液,较好实现了原料中高价值元素的高效回收以及与杂质铁、镁的初步分离。
