目的:建立醋青皮配方颗粒中橙皮苷含量的测定方法。方法:运用正交试验优化样品处理的提取条件,采用高效液相色谱法检测橙皮苷含量,色谱柱为Shim-packVP-ODS柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm);流动相为甲醇-0.1%磷酸(35∶65);流速1mL·min-1;检测波长284nm。结果:橙皮苷在0.1120~1.120μg呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),平均回收率为102.63%,RSD为1.24%。结论:该法简便可行、快速,可用于醋青皮配方颗粒的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of hesperidin in vinegar peel formula granules. Methods: The orthogonal test was used to optimize the extraction conditions of the sample. The content of hesperidin was determined by HPLC. The chromatographic column was Shim-pack VP-ODS column (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase was methanol-0.1% Phosphoric acid (35:65); flow rate 1mL · min-1; detection wavelength 284nm. Results: Hesperidin showed a good linearity (r = 0.9999) between 0.1120 and 1.120 μg with an average recovery of 102.63% and a RSD of 1.24%. Conclusion: The method is simple and feasible, rapid, and can be used for the quality control of vinegar peel formula granules.
