长期以来,校外教育作为基础教育的重要组成部分,已成为社会教育不可或缺的组成部分。但是在实践中我们发现,门头沟区少年宫在管理方面存在着诸多制约因素,如内部管理缺乏创新意识,亟需活动项目管理的改革与创新;教师的教育理念相对落后,存在人浮于事的现象,要加强科学管理;缺乏创新项目、特色项目、精品项目等。因此,门头沟区少年宫实施了项目负责制,逐渐改变管理模式和评价方式,推动了少年宫的发展与创新。
For a long time, extra-curricular education as an important part of basic education has become an indispensable part of social education. However, in practice, we find that there are many constraints in the management of the Juvenile Palace in Mentougou District, such as the lack of innovative awareness of internal management, the reform and innovation of project management in activities, the backward education concept of teachers, and the phenomenon of people floating in the boat. Scientific management; lack of innovative projects, special projects, boutique projects. Therefore, the Mentougou Children’s Palace implemented a project responsibility system, and gradually changed the management mode and evaluation methods to promote the development and innovation of the Children’s Palace.
