RA和TPA能在体外诱导人的急性早幼粒白血病细胞系HL-60向成熟粒样细胞和单核-巨噬样细胞双向分化。本实验经细胞形态观察、α-NAE细胞化学染色和NBT还原反应证明。用间接免疫荧光法和FACS分析,诱导的HL-60细胞与国产十四种单克隆抗体的结合反应表明,其中六种单克隆抗体可以判定HL-60细胞分化方向。
RA and TPA can induce human acute promyelocytic leukemia cell line HL-60 to differentiate into mature granulocyte-like cells and monocyte-macrophage-like cells in vitro. The experiment by the cell morphology observation, α-NAE cytochemical staining and NBT reduction reaction proved. Indirect immunofluorescence and FACS analysis showed that the binding of HL-60 cells to 14 domestic monoclonal antibodies showed that the six monoclonal antibodies could determine the direction of HL-60 cell differentiation.
