在市场经济体制不断完善的今天,人力资源管理受到了人们普遍的重视,但是调查研究发现,在事业单位人力资源管理中,还存在着诸多问题,大多采用陈旧的人力资源管理模式,不符合新时期事业单位的发展战略,因此,人力资源管理体系需要进一步完善,以便推动事业单位获得更好的发展。本文简要分析了事业单位的人力资源管理现状,研究了出现问题的原因,最后探讨了如何对其进行不断完善和改革,希望可以提供一些有价值的参考意见。
In the market economy system unceasingly consummates today, the human resources management receives the widespread attention, but the investigation and study found that there are many problems in the human resources management in the public institution, mostly uses the obsolete human resources management mode, does not conform to the new Period of institutional development strategy, therefore, human resources management system needs further improvement in order to promote public institutions to obtain better development. This article briefly analyzes the current situation of human resource management in public institutions, studies the causes of the problems, and finally discusses how to continuously improve and reform them, hoping to provide some valuable reference opinions.
