通过对S市的特殊教育学校基本情况进行调查,分析了S市特殊教育学校近年来的发展状况,指出了存在资源没有很好整合、办学效益相对较低,学校地处远郊,教室和宿舍条件较差,教学设备陈旧、数量不足,教师的现有水平仍有待于提高,存在性别结构不太合理的现象,经费来源渠道单一并不足等问题。提出了可以从改变观念,提高认识,优化整合办学资源,鼓励教师通过自学和科研提高自身素质,组织短期培训班和组建校办工厂等方面着手来改善目前的状况的建议。
Through the investigation of the basic situation of special education schools in S city, this paper analyzes the development of S special education schools in recent years, points out the existing resources are not well integrated, the benefits of running a school are relatively low, the school is located in outer suburbs, classrooms and dormitory conditions Poor teaching equipment, lack of quantity, the current level of teachers still needs to be improved, there is a phenomenon of gender structure is not reasonable, the source of funding sources such as single and not enough. Put forward suggestions that we can improve the current situation by changing the concept, raising awareness, optimizing the integration of school resources, encouraging teachers to improve their own qualities through self-study and scientific research, organizing short-term training courses and setting up school-run factories.
