以汽车用6111铝合金为研究对象,通过实验分析了轧制铝合金力学性能的各向异性。结果表明,无论是烤漆态还是预时效后室温放置态,轧向试样的屈服强度最大,与轧向呈45°方向试样的伸长率最大。这种力学性能的各向异性是由组织结构上的差异导致的。
Taking the automotive 6111 aluminum alloy as the research object, the anisotropy of the mechanical properties of the rolled aluminum alloy was analyzed experimentally. The results show that the yield strength of the sample rolled to the maximum is no matter whether it is painted or pre-conditioned at room temperature. The elongation at 45 ° to the rolling direction is the highest. The anisotropy of mechanical properties is caused by structural differences.
