目的旨在加强宁波口岸新发或再发蚊媒传染病及其媒介生物监测与预防控制工作,为国际卫生港的创建奠定坚实的基础。方法利用SQLite Expert Professional 2.3等工具开发出智能EMS-MDV应急管理系统。结果通过本系统实时浏览宁波口岸2006年-2012年蚊媒传染病登革热、疟疾、流行性乙型脑炎历史资料,充分掌握当地蚊种组成、空间动态分布、带毒率概况、典型分类识别等信息。结论通过EMS-MDV管理系统及时探究当地蚊媒传染病暴发流行与媒介生物致病机制以及内在沟联,从而增强该地区新发或再发蚊媒传染病预警预测能力,开创宁波口岸蚊媒传染病及其传播媒介应急防控新局面。
The purpose of this project is to strengthen the monitoring and prevention and control of mosquito-borne diseases and vector borne diseases in Ningbo Port and lay a solid foundation for the establishment of an international health port. Methods We developed an intelligent EMS-MDV emergency management system using tools such as SQLite Expert Professional 2.3. Results Through this system, the historical data of dengue fever, malaria and Japanese encephalitis in mosquito-borne infectious diseases in the port of Ningbo from 2006 to 2012 were fully observed. The information of the local mosquito species composition, spatial dynamic distribution, prevalence of zoonosis, typical classification and identification information. Conclusions The outbreak of mosquito-borne infectious diseases and the pathogenic mechanism of vector-borne pathogens in the area as well as the internal gully could be explored in time by EMS-MDV management system, so as to enhance the ability of early warning and forecasting of new mosquito-borne infectious diseases in this area, Disease and its emergency prevention and control of the media new situation.
