辅酶Q_(10)(Coenzy meQ_(10)、Q_(10)、Ubiquinone—10、Ubiquinone—50、商品名Neuquinn),化学名为2、3-二甲氧基-5-甲基-6[+聚2甲基丁烯(2)基]-苯醌,分子量[C_(59)H_(90)O_4=863.4]。COQ是一种有重要生理意义的醌衍生物。Ubiquinone是一些脂溶性苯醌的总称,存在于大多数需气性生物(从细菌到动物)之中,其基本结构是含有类异戊间二烯侧链的2、3二甲氧基-5-甲基苯醌核。这里n=1~14、如n=10即为辅酶Q_(10)。在自然界存在的辅酶Q,n为5~10。

Ubiquinone is the general term for some fat-soluble benzoquinones, present in most aerobic organisms (from bacteria to animals) and whose basic structure is 2,3-dimethoxy-5 containing isoprenoid side chains - Methylbenzoquinone core. Here n = 1 ~ 14, such as n = 10 is coenzyme Q_ (10). Coenzyme Q in nature, n is 5 ~ 10.
