随着新课程改革向纵深推进,教师培训的重要性越来越凸显,然而培训的实效性并未尽如人意,日常教师培训存在这样一种现象:一线教师想要的培训,培训机构提供不了,而一线教师不想要的培训,却被统一要求参与。这种与教师需求背离的培训其效果的低下可想而知。如何才能提高教师培训的有效性?我认为,教师培训应着眼于教师需求,立足于教学实践,服务于教师发展,要体现教师培训的“小”“真”“活”“评”“研”等五个特点,这是教师培训课程
